USNR Paragon: Controlling debris at the source

International Forest Industries - Fr, 10/04/2026 - 12:22

Through close collaboration with production teams, USNR has identified the real-world challenges lumber manufacturers face.

These insights have guided the evolution of their equipment to meet the industry’s most critical needs. Over time, these needs crystallized into a focused set of priorities. These priorities now define the Paragon Design Standard, USNR’s official design framework.

Decades of industry experience have taught USNR that debris is an unavoidable byproduct of wood processing. They have also learned it doesn’t have to disrupt your operation.

Paragon equipment incorporates advanced containment features that capture and control debris at the source. By minimizing the spread of chips, dust, and offcuts, we reduce cleanup time, protect sensitive components, and enhance operator safety.

The result is a cleaner, more efficient work environment that supports continuous production and reduces wear on your equipment.
