When asked: “on a ‘per ton sold basis’ regarding your salaried staffing for 2009 as compared to 2008”

         38%..... said “will stay the same”

         2%....... said “will go up significantly (over 10%)”

         10%..... said “will go up moderately (less than 5%)”

         27%..... said “well go down moderately (less than 5%)”

         19%..... said “will go down significantly (more than 10%)”

When asked the same question about hourly staffing, responses were:

         50%..... said “will stay the same”

         3%....... said “will go up significantly (over 10%)”

         8%....... said “will go up moderately (less than 5%)”

         30%..... said “well go down moderately (less than 5%)”

         12%..... said “will go down significantly (more than 10%)”

~51% say work ethics has improved in the last ten years.
