Stora Enso will decide upon the construction of PPM in the Nizhny Novgorod Region by the end of 2011

The Finnish company Stora Enso Oyj will decide upon the construction of Pulp-and-Paper-Mill (PPM) in the Nizhny Novgorod Region by the end of 2011, announced Valery Shantsev, the Governor of the region.

"We steel maintain the contact with the investor, Stora Enso has postponed the final decision on the construction of a large-scale PPM at the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region till the end of 2011", - noted V. Shantsev. As it was previously informed, in 2009 because of the crisis Stora Enso has delayed the decision-making process on PPM construction in Russia for two years.
